321 Football! — Account and data deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and data in 321 Football!, the game developed by Korveon Global Bilişim ve Veri İşleme Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti.

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open 321 Football!.
2. Tap the gear at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Send an email to oguz@korveon.co with the subject "321 Football! account deletion" and include your username. We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours. We will complete your request and let you know within 30 days at the latest.

Data that is deleted

• Your profile: username, country, password, profile photo
• Your coin balance (including purchased coins), cosmetics, trophies, statistics and records
• Your daily quest, login streak and stand records
• Your friendships, requests and invites, and blocks
• Your match chat messages and bug reports (including screenshots)
• Your notification tokens and usage records linked to your account
• Your sign-in details (the account itself)

Data that is kept or unlinked

• Purchase records: kept for the period required by law, unlinked from your account.
• Your opponents' match history: matches you played stay in your opponents' history, where you appear as "Deleted player".
• Crash reports: these are not linked to your account in the first place.
• Backups: deleted data may remain in system backups for up to 7 more days, after which it is removed automatically.

Please note

Deletion cannot be undone. Deleted coins, purchases and progress cannot be restored. You can restore a "Remove Ads" purchase on a new account with the same store account via Settings → Restore Purchases.
