321 Football! — Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the 321 Football! game (the "game") provided by Korveon Global Bilişim ve Veri İşleme Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("Korveon", "we"). By using the game and tapping "I agree" in the app, you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the game. If you are under 18, you must use the game with your parent's or guardian's knowledge, and in-app purchases require their permission.

2. Your account

• An account is created for you when you first open the app; you choose a username and create a profile to play.
• Your username cannot be changed after your profile is created. Usernames that break the rules may be removed.
• If you set a password, you can sign in on another device with your username and password. There is no password reset: if you uninstall the app without setting a password, or forget your password, you may not be able to access your account again.
• Your account is personal; it may not be sold, transferred or shared. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Community rules

Profanity, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, sharing personal information, fraud, spam and advertising are forbidden in the game. This applies to usernames, profile photos and chat messages. We apply ZERO TOLERANCE to these.

The following are also forbidden: cheating, using modified apps or automation; exploiting bugs for unfair gain; colluding with other players to lose on purpose or to move coins; using multiple accounts for unfair advantage; trying to disrupt the game.

4. Reporting, blocking and sanctions

• You can report a player or message that breaks the rules from within the game, and block the player. You will not be matched with a player you block and will not see their messages or photo.
• We review reports within 24 hours at the latest. A photo reported by a certain number of different players may be hidden before review.
• Sanctions are graduated: the content is removed, followed in turn by a 24-hour, a 7-day and a permanent ban from online play and chat. Single-player modes stay available during a ban. Serious violations (for example threats, content involving children, cheating) may lead directly to a permanent ban or account closure.
• To appeal a decision, write to oguz@korveon.co with your username.

5. Your content

Your username, profile photo and messages are your content and you are responsible for them. Do not upload a photo you do not have rights to, or one showing someone else without their permission. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, process and show this content to other players within the game. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account (except for records we must keep by law).

6. Coins and virtual items

• Coins and the virtual items you earn or buy in the game (cosmetics, extra runs etc.) are a limited licence to use within the game only; you do not own them.
• Coins have no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything of value, refunded or sold. They cannot be transferred between players except under the game's own rules (for example a Treasure table).
• Purchased coins do not expire.
• If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we remove the corresponding coins from your balance (your balance will not go below zero); if a "Remove Ads" purchase is refunded, ad-free play ends.
• We may correct or remove coins and items obtained through bugs, cheating or abuse.
• If you delete your account, your coins and virtual items are permanently deleted.
• We may change prices, reward amounts and the in-game function of items.

7. Treasure and Stand Wars

Treasure tables and Stand Wars are skill competitions based on knowledge and speed; they contain no element of chance. Prizes are coins only, with no monetary value. Detailed rules are in the "Official Rules" section and on the rules screens in the app. Apple and Google are not sponsors of these competitions and are not involved with them in any way.

8. In-app purchases and ads

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under that store's terms; refund requests go to the store. The game shows ads; the "Remove Ads" purchase removes the ads the game shows on its own. Watching rewarded ads is optional.

9. Intellectual property and data sources

The game's software, design, graphics, sounds and the 321 Football! name belong to Korveon or its licensors; they may not be copied, modified or reverse engineered without permission. Player and club names and career information in the game are compiled from public sources such as Wikidata and Wikipedia and are used for identification only. Korveon is not affiliated with or endorsed by any club, league, federation or player; related trademarks belong to their owners. If you see an error in the data, you can let us know.

10. Availability and liability

We provide the game "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, temporarily disable or remove features and modes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Closing your account

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account via Settings → Delete my account. If you break these terms, we may suspend or close your account.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. For significant changes, the app will show you the updated terms and ask you to accept them again to keep playing.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over disputes; consumers' rights to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where they live, are not affected.
